If you've never used a wiki before then there are a few things you need to know otherwise you may get easily confused.
To create a page, just type the PageName into any existing page, save it, then click on the link and you will be prompted to create the page, if it doesn't exist already of course. (Alternatively you could just add the page name to the URL in your browser address bar.)

Basically a Wiki is a web based document that can be edited by the visitor in their web browser. The changes are then available for everyone to see, and the next person can add their own changes if they like. The Treo knowledge base here at mytreo.net is a Wiki. A great example of a massive wiki is WikiPedia∞, an encyclopedia made entirely by user contributions, quite amazing!

WikiNames - a WikiName, sometimes called a "camel case" word, is two or more capitalized words joined together with no spaces. In a Wiki, WikiNames are used as page names, and whenever you type a WikiName it automatically links to that page in the Wiki. When the link is clicked, if no page exists then the user is asked if they would like to create the page, and so the wiki grows!
This automatic linking can be a little annoying if you are using a lot of WikiNames (like in the above paragraph) so you can "escape" WikiWords by adding double-double quotes like this: ""WikiName"" which gives: WikiName with no hyperlink.
