TealPoint, the developer of the highly discussed Pre-like launcher, has announced the discontinuation of TealOS due to a cease and desist order issued from Palm. TealOS will be discontinued next Monday, March 30, so now’s your last chance to grab a copy of TealOS. Pricing is still the same, at $14.95, and TealPoint has announced that they will be releasing final beta versions of the app this weekend.

    This article is a testament ot how irrelevant MTDN has become. Is there really no news in the last ten days or so, or is it that you can’t get any of your writers to care any more?

    The last day to buy TealOS was five days ago No story has supplanted this one as the top story on the site.

    I would not say this site has become “irrelevant”, There are still a few people that are worth talking to on here, But the sad thing is, Why would anyone want to come here when most of the people that come here are just DI(k$ . I have been with palm way back when the Samsung SHP I330 was out and then went to the 600/650/700p/700p with 755p ROM to the Centro. And I enjoy coming on here and helping out the new people, ( I like seeing people get in to there phones and trying to get the most out of it) But as I said, This site is going down dew to the Few that so with to think they are better and just cant answer a question. Go read all the post and see how many times you “search the post” “this has been talked about before” So there are to many people that wish to answer like that other then really helping out. So many of people even myself would rather go talk to people that have not lost touch with the fact, ALOT of people are just starting out.. OK I just had to get that off me head..

    One more thing, To Chuck, This site is going to have to die off, The last palm phone put out was the Centro and that has been out for a long time, On top of that not many people are going to buy new Treos and Centros seeing that palm is givving up on there own OS. :( So I am guessing there really is a lack of things going on in the palm world, Even more so now that palm stopped that last good program that was made for there dieing phone. (WEB OS) Now one want to spend time making new programs of an OS that will not be around in 5 years.

    So Im guessing that ROBIN24K would rite about something if there was somethings.
