Verizon Service happy story

So on Monday morning I sent support and email that for the last couple of weeks my wife and I have been bouncing between a low strength evdo signal and 1x when before we had solid good strength evdo at home. I told them I had done all the usual things (run after hard reset, use in different locations) to verify it wasn't our devices. They emailed me back later that day saying there had been no changes with their towers in my area but that they had looked at my account's signal history and seen what I was talking about so they would be sending a service technician to my area to check things out. Now today everything is magically all better. I guess they take that network thing pretty seriously. Of course, it could be that AT&T has drastically improved their signal in my neck of the woods and Verizon's near monopoly on my area is being threatened but either way I'm happy.

That's great to hear! Verizon's customer service has always been very good for me.
