Yes i do!
I live in Ukraine and ask my friend to bye Centro in USA and deliver it here. I use Palm Os many years on other devises, but Centro take my heart. It small (may be too small screen but it no matter), it smart. I have gigabiter of software for Palm OS and 90% of it can run on Centro.
It best as organizer, media player (did you know, that you can download DVD-RIP avi, 1400 or 700 mb, and it will played on Centro!), and it keep my brain in tonus (many questions, and many good answers - i like this  Smiley )
Only one thing make me unhappy. I install IBM Java, but i cant run Opera MINI.
Can anybody just send me direct link on this software as private message.
... and sorry for my English   Embarrassed

TV here is a step by step for opera mini

Maybe use google translate to change it to ukrainian, if that would make it easier to read.

Yes I still love my centro but it died on me a couple weeks ago and is just out of warranty so didnt seem worth paying a fortune to have it fixed.
So now I have.... an iPhone. Which means that almost as soon as I became a senior member on MDTN, I am leaving you for iPhone forums which are not nearly as friendly. Cry
So a quick, last thank you to all here for much help over the years especially Allie, MidoJo, Fstop, James and all who have been so friendly and accommodating. Long may you continue.

Well, my centro gives me all that I need. It is very functional and great for biz and personal stuff. In addition, "mytreo.net" is very good and the forum is very friendly.
So, I'm not thinking of changing my Centro.

Yes. I probably use my Centro more than anyone. I am addicted to reading e-books. (I read at red-lights) I use the e-reader & MobiPocket & have a couple of dozen books on my microSD.
I would change to Pre for the larger screen if I could do so on AT&T & if I were sure my legacy e-book readers would run or if there was a replacement.
Most people I see with Centro phones only use the phone & contacts, rarely even the calendar.
My son & daughter & their spouses have Sprint Pre phones.
I don't want a Pre enough to switch carriers, mostly because of bundled bill and my own inertia.

I have been using Palm products for 10 years and for me the Centro was the best move I ever made. I got rid of my beeper, run all my medical software (much of which isn't avail on other OS), and can show off the family photos to anyone unfortunate enough to ask how the family is doing Smiley  Seriously though, even with the limitations of the Palm OS (no multitasking), it is a very efficient OS (I still have 3.5 Gb avail on my SD card and 25 Mb space on the Centro itself). Only complaint is it reboots itself at times (mainly in Web browser mode). I'll definitely pick up an unlocked one at CompUSA for $150 (hope they're still avail) as a backup since the Centro is my workhorse at work (as were my Palm Pilots).

I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Machead of 7 years. I would LOVE to have an iPhone, but I live in a state of the US where AT&T does not do business. I'll just have to "love" my Centro and my $39/mo voice + $15/mo data plan with Sprint while I'm waiting for AT&T convert the assets they swapped here with Verizon.

Sounds like that's going to be a difficult problem to fix... Wink

The small screen and crap browser are finally getting to me. And the death of PalmOS leaves us where? Frankly, Droid has more appeal than WebOS. If you're going to move to something entirely new anyway, doesn't it make sense to go where the developers are going? Maybe when the Pre hits VZW I'll feel differently, but it sure looks like Palm sank their own ship tying it to Sprint...

I would have to agree with you on that. I'm switching to Windows Mobile because I need a powerful OS that isn't tied down and locked tightly, like WebOS.

Driod is too new and the hardware doesn't impress me at all, and I'm not particularily fond of Google either.
