You have to make it yourself, this has only (publically) been done on a VZW and Sprint and then only to the same carrier (VZW>VZW and Sprint>Sprint) with full success

??? this isn't about flashing, it a rom trick.  that said, because there doesn't seem to be an alltel 755 update it is not possible

Well since Verizon bought Alltel  thought maybe here would be some kind of compatibility between the 2.
