Hello,

Its me again , once again...I was into JAVA Programming , as you know

Okay , but I came across with this site , yesterday

http://midlet.org (Treo : http://mildet.org/wap)

All you need is to install PalmOne JAVA Application (go to http://www.palmone.com/support). I cannot give you the direct link for it , as you need to read the TOS and other stuff...

Now , after installing Midlet and PalmOne Java application , you are able to install JAVA Games , thats right , JAVA Games.....I managed to get Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 (works fine on my Treo 270 and 600 tooo)....I also manage to get all the free goodeis at Midlet.org , most (about all) of the games are compatible

I also found a cool Multiplayer game (who says , you need BT to play head to head against other players)....Its a Chess Game , which allows you to play multiplayer against someone on the Internet , cool...I love it very much

Here is the link :-http://boardgames.ws

If you wish to download/register from your Treo

http://boardgames.ws/wap

How to install ?

Very simple , just load the site and hit the "JAR" File or "JAD File" and Blazer will popup asking you to download it , hit Yes...the download begins...then click Open for "JAR" Files and hit Save for "JAD" Files

Now launch Midlet HQ (Blazer will automaticly show the launcher)...now hit yes if there is a secuirty dialog , saying that its verified , etc....Now the download/installation will begin..After that, there will be a program in your launcher ,simply launch it , and you are ready to go

If you wish to install from a SD Card (e.g if you want to copy large JAVA Games to your SD Card to save GPRS/Internet Charges...)...Launch Blazer , and hit the WWW Icon , now

type this :(depending where is your JAVA File located)

file://jar.jar (of course it may be vary , depending on your file name , where its located , etc , its actually the somewhat of installing MIDI Files from a SD Card)

Common people , lets activate your Treo...now you can play JAVA Games

*For Treo 650 users , wait for the new JAVA Program/Midlet..PalmOne is gonna release it soon..Cheesy

Hi Folks!  Just wanted to share my new experience.  If your Windows XP fails to start due to an error corresponding to lost HAL.DLL, invalid Boot.ini or any other critical system boot files you can fix this by using the XP installation CD. Simply boot from your XP Setup CD and enter the Recovery Console. Then launch "attrib -H -R -S" on the C:\Boot.ini file and delete it. Run "Bootcfg /Rebuild" and then Fixboot  Cheers, Carl

I can move 'Midlet HQ' to SD, but any Java app downloaded, ie the Asteroids, can't be moved to SD - I get a 'VFS 2A0D' error
