Thank you, this description was very helpful. I think I was able to replicate the same problem using VeriChat. I am changing the way connection is established. Please give it a try when version 0.94 is out.

You got it!  Working fine now in .94a.  Thank you for the quick response.

Yes, this is a known issue. If Datebk5 is set to handle alarms (i.e. "Options|Preferences|Datebk5 Handles Alarms" is checked)  then it won't let TreoAlarm to display the alarm form. I couldn't find solution for this yet.

You're right, it is based on Treo 600 APIs and won't work on 270.
Do you have a good source (url) of Asian weather forecasts?

Good , I like it , works fine on Treo 650 and can retrive Weather (of course..from a US Zip Code..I understand)...Keep up the good work , I like your software

Please please , add more improvements , I like it very much........too , It is possible to add background or change the default icons too , I know some people would love to do it

just a suggestion

If you use version 0.94d, please update to 0.94e.
In some cases in version 0.94d alarm sound continues to play even after the form is closed.

Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

Roust, 3 little things in 0.94e
- This morning, my TreoAlarm rings 6 times, it's set to ring only 5 times.
- This night, I have received a SMS. So my Treo powered on. My Auto off is set to 1 minute. After 1 minute, the screen flashed 3 timed and the Treo stayed on. Every one minute, it did the same thing. Do you think this problem was caused by TreoAlarm ?
- Yesterday, after updating weather, instead of Forecast, I could read a message  telling me tha there was a new TreoAlarm release.
Fantastic... Cheesy

looping, thanks for letting me know about these issues!

- The first issue (number of times alarm rings) is fixed and will be available in the next release.
- The SMS issue is probably related to TreoAlarm, did you have an alarm set to ring at the same time you got the SMS?
- The last issues was server-related and probably happened because the weather source wasn't available at that time. For now, I've removed the new version notification to avoid the confusion.

No, I've got the SMS near 04h, and the alarm was set to trigger everyday from Monday to friday at 06h10.
It is not the first time this happened but never happened before installling TreoAlarm.
Hope this helps.
