Treo Knowledge Base

Ordered a refurb. 650 and Motorola HS850 (hope this BT doesn't bite me  ) from cingular and they are both suppose to arrive this Tuesday.  Thought I might get a leg-up on the treo by reading the FAQ's in the treo knowledge base, but it seems that every topic I click on comes ups a blank page.  Is the knowledge base down or are they just really long topics and I just need to take the time to let them load?

What browser are you using?  I clicked on several things in the Knowledge Base, and they all came right up.

Hey Alli, thanks for answering my question.  I'm using Microsoft Explorer Version 6.0.

Well I tried it again, and it seems that after you log into Mytreo.net and click on  knowledge base you must click on another login in and  re-register with a new nickname starting with a capital letter and a password with 5 or more characters.  Any how, I'm a happy camper and I seem to be up and running.

Interesting.  I would have thought the 2nd login was only if you wanted access to change/edit/create an entry in the Knowledge Base.  But as long as you can read through it - it's all good!

Alli, I think you're right!  After reading the topic "Intro to the 650", I click on another link in the knowledge base and it came up blank.  So I hit the back button and click the link again.  After a couple back and forth clicks the new topic came up.  Maybe I'm just not holding my my mouth right when I click on a new topic  .  Thanks for all you help, I owe you several "kudos" but I don't know how to give them.  As you can see I don't mind clicking, so just tell me where to click

LOL!!  Look at it this way - you're now all registered and set to start adding your experience to the Knowledge Base.

To Kudo someone, just click ( ) on the line where it says "Applaud"  between the title and the avatar.

hi  where do I get a wiki passkey? I tried the contact us link and it's dead. While I'm on the subject, what happened to the left and right frames... with all the links and ads? Browser is firefox 1.5.0.8 BTW!
