:-\ok guys i really dont know what to do about my phone. when i got it, it was doing fine then problems started to occur. first my phone would freeze in random times, i thought ok maybe its because of the programs i downloaded....then i hard resetted and it still began to froze. it wasnt really that big of a deal because my last treo also did that....but then my phone started to not send out text messages...i would get an error screen for every like 10 text messages (and i text alot)...now stupid old me decides to put headphones into the jack..now i cant hear any calls whatsoever. i can hear sound out of the speaker but i can heard like actual phone calls. i mean the rest of the stuff from the phone i can deal with...but i need a phone to you know...talk to people Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry. if anyone can help me please i tried everything i can and read up on some stuff..and nothing is working (warranty isnt an option)

Ok, that is a lot to tackle...

First off, reapply or update the latest firmware. You can find that here:

http://mytreo.net/downloads/treo-755p-updater-for-verizon-official,1330.html

Next, dial *228 and select option 2. Also call Verizon about the text message problem and see if they can help.

Then, for the headset jack problem, plug and unplug the headphones in a couple times and see if that does anything. This is a common problem that is the result of stuck or bent pins in the jack.
