Hi,
I just recently purchased a Treo 755p.  My carrier is Verizon.  I've downloaded Versamail 4.0 and have set up my yahoo email account through Versamail.  I figured out how to Auto Sync it, but my question is this:
is it possible when you send an email through your phone to then log onto yahoo from your laptop/desktop and see the email you sent by your phone in your 'sent items' folder online?

I can't seem to figure that part out.  This is important to me b/c I want record of what I sent saved on the yahoo server, even if I sent the message from my phone.  Any help/advice would be very much appreciated!!

Thank you so much for that bit of info MiDoJo!  I just figured out that Yahoo Mail Plus does have IMAP settings and my phone and server emails are all synched now.  For anyone else with the same issue, the settings you want to use are:

incoming-  imap.mail.yahoo.com
outgoing- plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Okay, so I spoke a little too soon.  While I have managed to set up my yahoo email with the imap settings I am still having issues getting my folders to sync between the device and the server.  I have it set up in Versamail to automatically sync every minute.  But there's two issues:
1.) when I send an email from my phone, I can't see it in my 'sent' folder when I log into yahoo from my laptop, and
2.) even though I have it set to delete emails on the server when I delete them on my phone, when I log in via the web, those messages are still in my inbox unread.  The same applies when I delete items in my inbox via the web, it doesn't get deleted on my phone when it syncs.

What gives?  I am getting super frustrated with this.  Any ideas?  Should I just give it up?  It's just kinda annoying to have to delete/read/respond to the same emails in two places.  It gets confusing.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help!

sent you may just have to deal with.  Many/most programs don't allow sent items to be an iMaped folder.  mircosoft only recently  allowed users of outlook (starting with 2007) to pick their sent folder thus allowing the sent folder to be seen in multiple places.
syncing every 1 min is going to slaughter your battery life.
One idea  does occur to me, though it'll be a little work on your part.
Make a synced folder called Palm sent.  After sending the letter (are they called letters Wink ) move it to this folder.
Second option.  Always BCC email to yourself.
Deleting from the server when deleted on palm, often depends on the MSP (Mail service provider) it never worked for me with either my earthlink (POP3) or 1and1 (imap) accounts

Thanks MiDoJo!  I am interested in trying to make a synced folder called 'Palm Sent'  Any idea how to do that exactly?
I actually was able to figure out how to delete from the server when it's deleted on Palm, after chatting with Palm Live Chat last night.  I just can't get the emails to delete from my phone during autosync if I delete them from the server.  I was told by Palm that I would have to contact Yahoo about that and it has something to do with their settings.  So I emailed tech support.  Still waiting for an answer on that.  Any thoughts?
