Initiate Error Message when updating list

Hi everyone

I've been using initiate for a couple of years now and love it to bits. yesterday however after installing fontsmoother and updating list I got an error message which states:

10504 prob scanning /Palm/Programs/file
Volume.Nam

that pops up at the scanning sd card stage. Theres an ok button which I press and the update scan continues but Initiate has never done this before but now it does it whenever  I manually update the list. Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening or has anyone experienced this before?

Looks like a corrupt file on the card

Try manually copying that programs directory to a randumb folder on your compyouter, and see if it stops

tried that - in fact I copied the whole card to my pc but the program folder couldn't be copied or opened either from the pc (via usb cable mVoice's cardreader facility) or in the centro via fileZ or RescoExlporer. Now the card is n't even being recognised as being in the centro. So I've had to order another sanDisk from amazon. C'est la vie!

The card might be fine - try renamin the directory or drafgin a file to it, or try reformatin it (in the PC reader of course) if you can afford to, or maybe even an error check can suffice.

Of course, if you'd rather jus get a new one n e way then go for it
