Internet issues with cricket

Is anyone having any issues with connecting to cricket internet on the 700wx? Iv set it up according to everything i'v found online and get a bad user name or password error when it tries to dial #777

Anyone have any ideas at all? or should I just send the phone back to the guy I got it from? has a 14 day money back guarentee and all features are spos to work. hrm.. HELP!?

The Current belief is that cricket changed their policy and settings and Flashed phones will no longer be able to access the web (this also seems to be a very very slow roll out over the various cricket franchises)
