Switching from Palm to Windows...

Maybe this has been covered already but I cannot find it. Is there a fast and effective way to move all of my contacts from my Palm755p to my 700wx?

winmo devices only sync with outlook so

1) switch your conduit (on palm menu in startmenu) to outlook
2) sync the 755 to outlook
3) sync outlook to the 700wx
