good point.  i think i will make white soon!  it must stink for those that are currently using dark skins to not be able to see signal strength

verizon users: on verizon centro is there a file like PmSysGadgetLib-PmSg_VRZW.cclb?  if so can someone send it to me?  same goes for at&t folks PmSysGadgetLib-PmSg_*

Another question:  Has any of these been tested successfully on another device (say Treo 700P_Verizon)?  Just curious as my wife is using my old 700P.  Besides you do say Centro/Treo  Grin

yep, everything except the phone should work on any treo back to the 650 as far as i know.  folks on 680, 700p, and 755p have tested successfully.  I know specifically that the alert icons and smilies will work on all back to the 650.  battery icon and whatnot should work but i'm not completely positive.

That should give us comfort since you are running a 755 Rom on your 700P.

Ok, I've updated the site with several new phone skins for sprint and also introduced a new section for skins for Verizon centros!  So far i've got about 5 made.

Signal icons are in the works, just waiting on testing.

regarding your alert tutorial...you say to look for a file called "HrSysResource-H.. file in RAM," but the picture indicates a "HsSysResource-H" file.  which do I look for?  I have 4 of the HsSysResource-H files, but none of the hrSys files.

the full filename that you should remove is HsSysResource-HsSr
I only have one, and didn't know others might have more.  Double check that you've unchecked the "ROM" click in the top right in filez.
In any case, to see the full filename (to check that you're getting rid of the right one) goto details and look at Name.  Once you find HsSysResource-HsSr you know you've got the right one

Edit: Sorry about the typo, it's been corrected now.

also sorry it's so damn complicated with Filez, with Resco Explorer it's super easy
