Is anyone knows if there is Program which might have the scheduling properties as well as the chance to write more than 160 symbols per SMS?

The character limit of SMS is normally determined by the carrier rather than the device.

Search the forum for more information - this has been discussed to death (then resurrected, and killed again).

As always, must primarily note that the first word in the abbreviation SMS means SHORT.
