well it can, but the Treo 650 can't write as fast as the can accept. In chemistry, one could say that the Treo is the limiting reagent

But Treo 650 doesn't do a bad job at ALL with Ultra II if VFSmark scores are indicative yes

you should see similar preformance if you were to try to use a Ultra III because the Treo 650 just can't do better at least according to what I was told at the road show
