I have T-Mobile service and just bought an ATT Treo 680 that is locked.  Does anyone have the unlock code for an ATT Treo 680?

I'm pretty sure that the unlock code purely depends on the Serial number of your Treo. You can check your Serial number IMEI by pressing *#06# Though I do not have any knowledge on how to unlock a Treo.

You can call your carrier (AT&T) and request the unlock code, or you can go to an unlocking service and purchase an unlock code.

I just called AT&T and they give e my unlock code over the phone in less than 2 minutes ...dial 611 on your phone

The unlock code is tied to your IMEI, there isn't a generic unlock code. Just call AT&T and request the code.
