To play the games you just need an emulator, like the program LJP that the Palm OS treo owners use.

There are many out there but as I don't have a Windoze Treo I can't recommend one.

I see from your ID that you have a 680, that's a palm OS Treo. Look in the Palm OS games board for threads about Palm OS emulators.

This thread is for Windows Treos.

There is no way any phone out right now could handle a playstation game, even if the counsel is quite dated. That is not possible.

Sorry, but your wrong there's are PSX emulators emulators out there for some phones. For example the iPhone has one called Psx4all, it's been around since 2007.

Oh dear. I've been out of the tech loop for quite some time, I'm sorry. I just assumed that was still a long way off. How well do playstation games run on the iphone? And what are other phones that you can emulate the playstation on?
