Where is the call duration on your Sprint 700p?

When i go into call log and press menu, Details is the third from the top (or Menu+O).  Then it lists the name, number, date, time, duration and roaming.

Very interesting. There is no duration on mine, and I also have the 700p. Doesn't matter whether I go to details from the button at the bottom of a call, or the main call log screen.

The 680 does not have call duration in the call log!  Now, the 650 has call duration listed in the order listed.

If it's arctic, it has to be unbranded, since Cingular only offers the grey.

true nuff... That blows that theory out of the water... (as I have an unbranded graphite and there's definitely no call duration in my logs)

It might be interesting to know software and hardware versions then

Software:  TREO680-1.04-ROW

Hardware:  A

Same Software and Hardware here, but I do not get duration.

What version of Phone SW do you have?  I have v. 3.0B

Also, in the phone app, when I press Menu, 'Record' is the left most drop down, and the _top_ entry is 'Details'.  This 'Details' does not include duration.

Same here.

Phone          v.  3.0B

Just a thought.  Whenever  I upgrade my phone I just hotsync instead of renaming the backup folder?  Maybe the call duration file gets transfered to the new device?

I'm lovin' my hot Crimson Treo 680!

Here's a weird factoid for you.  When I first started using my 680 (I got it Dec. 1st), I couldn't figure out what everyone here was talking about -- the call details showed duration just as they always had on my T650.  Then, about 4 days ago, I decided to install TAKEphONE because I wanted the dialpad skins.  For whatever reason, it didn't work properly, so I uninstalled it.  I didn't check my call log details until the next day, but then discovered that they were no longer there, just like everyone was saying!  I can't explain it, but it's true.  So I tried TAKEphONE again, because it does show call duration in the details and has some nice-looking dialpad skins and other functionality.  Since the second time I installed TAKEphONE, it has worked flawlessly and my call duration problems were solved.  BUT, I don't know why I had call duration on my standard call details application to begin with, then lost it -- doesn't make any sense to me, but I don't think the hotsync option rudeboy suggested is a lasting fix!

When I add in the ROM files from mine, I think we might have something:

I've put an 'X' in front of the files I don't have.  Can you confirm they are all in RAM?
