Treo 680 and Wi-Fi

Before anyone flames me, i know it doesn't come with wi-fi... but i'm wondering if i can get the palm wifi SDIO card for it? I worry that it wont fit because of the relocated card slot, and the fact that the wifi cards are longer than standard SD memory cards. Can anyone tell me?

I'm looking at the slow now. Besides the fact that you wouldn't be able to close the SD card door, the slot itself is inset into the side of the case at least 2 - 3 mm. But on the 650/700 the slot is flush with the edge of the case .

If the SDIO card is any thicker than a normal SD card, there is a good chance you won't be able to fully insert it into the slot and get it to lock in position because it would bump against the side of the case (which is protruding beyond the slot).

Besides that, I think having anything sticking out of the side of the 680 would make it pretty awkward to hold.

 The great new Treo 680 - AND STILL NO WiFi CAPABILITY - when will they learn ? -  There are many users like myself who love the Treo and the Palm OS but they just will not give us our WiFi phone and so we move to a another maker - when will they learn ?
