Hey Zoti, I've been watching your thread over at TC since the beginning and I ordered a grey one for my 650...(order #5) I can't wait to get it this week, my 650 is gonna feel like a whole new toy again. I'm glad to see you over here at MTDN!

The easiest way to find something that's lost is to buy a replacement.
IIIxe, Tungsten W, Treo650 and way too many Nokia's, Motorola's and other Technophile toys.

Hey Zoti, Maybe this is a stupid question but will this work with the Verizon 650? I mean both fit and compatibility.

Just wondering if there are any reviews out there yet on this. I use my Treo in a lot of signal-iffy areas, and really can't afford for it to have less reception that it already does. Has anyone using these noticed any effect on their signal strength?

Most seem to report no effect on signal, but there have been just a few who have reported a slight reduction.
Zoti offers a no-questions-asked money-back guarentee so there is no risk. You'll love it.

Because of the major improvement in appearance (IMO), for minimal or no loss in performance. I believe that about 800 have been sold, so there are a few who agree.

Got mine about 2 weeks ago. Works great, no signal stength drop. Black color goes great with my blacktie edition. Several people asked why I got a new phone so soon after I just got a Treo 650.

Has anyone tried the antenna for the 700p? Are any mods needed to get it to fit or does it work out of the box?

yes they sell a 700p version also that works 'right out of the box' a slight gap has been reported for some users on the backside of the antenna. mine had that but i just pushed until it clicked and everything works fine. www.treoantenna.com check the site for more.

The short antenna works perfectly on my 700P. I'm on a Sprint network.
