Hi all, A new version (already!) posted at www.shsh.com/beta - 1.70 (002) - Fixes an issue causing TAKEphONE to disappear after a soft reset. Thanks.

I really like the new look. Much better use of real estate. I'm guessing that more features are coming, like being able to add custom wallpapers, displaying datebk icons, and re-arranging the physical tab order.
Any chance old skins will work with the new version? I really liked the Treo DarkBlue-mod one, which is a little darker than the default skin included with the app. I'm hoping the original author of the skin sees this and posts an update if it's needed.

Hi,
Sorry - old skins will not work. If you send me the skin you want, I will try to convert it.

When Going to the "Calender" line can you make an option that it should go to 2Day? Also, (this one is an old one...) I use the scheduling feature alot, but the default is To Do, and it doesnt have the Time option like "one day" or "Float". is there anyway you can implement the time option there too? or an option to make "One Day" the default... Sorry for bothering already...

>>> YOU can make it - go to TAKEphONE's "Applications" preferences >>> page, select 2day as the "Scheduling" app.

I also like the new look. It appears to take a little longer to load compared to older version on 700p but I assume that is due to querying calendar and email programs.
Also the email count displays zero despite having unread mail.

Hi, What email app are you using ? I mean the one defined under the system "Prefs" at the "Default applications" screen.

I have two email programs that display as buttons (icons) with zeros next to them in Takephone (snapper and agendus mail). In preferences I have Agendus set as my default mail program. In either case Takephone displays I have zero unread msgs which is incorrect.

I'm testing it out and it seems slower to load when I hit the phone button than the native app. Is this a RAM vs ROM issue? Or just a big program is slower than small? Anything that can be done? Or settings I could tweak for performance?

I have to be missing something here, where do you find the configuration for this feature? Ben I have two email programs that display as buttons (icons) with zeros next to them in Takephone (snapper and agendus mail). In preferences I have Agendus set as my default mail program. In either case Takephone displays I have zero unread msgs which is incorrect.

On the find view there are two buttons above the CLR button (the ellipse and a button to the right of the ellipse). Click this button and the view will change where u see one calendar line and your mail program/s.

I do realize one is for email and the other is for sms. In the default applications within the main prefs I had snapper as default mail app and agendus mail as default sms app. The issue is still the same as I have unread in both but takephone shows I have zero.
