Hi
using .99
I have an alarm set to turn on the phone, dont get the weather, and sound an alarm.
If there is a voice mail waiting, that produces the standard Palm alarm, but TreoAlarm then does not sound a wake-up alarm.
nice program Mike
Mike, thank you for the feedback. I changed alarm code in 0.99d and it should work better with voice mail/sms notifications. Please give it a try.

Thank you for the bug report. The show/hide problem is fixed in 0.99d.
Yup, .99d has it fixed. Thanks again for the outstanding support!

What is the prefered way to install a new version ? Delete the old one first, or just install on top of the existing ? I'd like to keep the settings I have. Mike (just got my successfull reg thru.)

I always install it on top of the existing. It upgrades settings automatically.

I love this program! There are only two programs that I've "caved in" and bought since spending so much on my Treo 600 and resolving to only download freeware. Very canny having the beta free for so many months; definitley got me hooked! The ironic thing is that there seems to be a conflict between the two programs that I have actually purchased; TreoAlarm and PocketTunes. I'm not sure which application is causing the problem, but I've reported it to PocketTunes as well. If PocketTunes is running, or was the last thing running before the Treo shut off, a TreoAlarm alarm will crash the Treo. When it resets, the alarm will re-sound within another minute or so with no issues.

I've installed 99e and installed the Treo 650 icon file in the root (/) directory of my SD card and can't for the life of me see any difference. If I delete the icons, I've still got graphics and they look the same as when the icon file is installed...am I missing something here?

The hi-res icons are the same as built-in icons, except for the number of colors and resolution. Could you please try to use original icons instead to see if there is a difference?

No, you will see the icons. If TreoAlarm finds TreoAlarmIcons.dat file on SD Card then it will use images from this file. Otherwise, it will use built-in icons. Currently built-in icons look the same as hi-res icons but with lower resolution and number of colors.

Sorry, but as I said, the icons look the same whether or not the icons file is in the root directory.

This might be a bug then. It worked fine on the Treo 650 simulators and on my Treo 600. Have you tried to use original icons? http://treoalarm.com/files/TreoAlarmIcons_Original.zip

OK, installing the the Original Icons file changes the looks of the graphics...It's hard to tell, but I think these might be more hi-res than the others...even though the file is smaller (56k vs 432k).

NWS is making changes on their weather servers (Western US). We are trying to keep up.
