Roustk,
Thank you for listening.  I think it is a great program and feel alot of people would be willing to pay for the Program without a yearly Subscription attached to it.  Also thank you for adding the new feature.  I like many people turn my phone off at night and it would be nice to have a program that would turn you phone on, get your weather and then wake you up.  Now, this is a true, TreoAlarm and one KILLER APPLICATION. Thanks,  Bill

Is it possible to use ptunes as your wake up alarm? And is it possible to be able to download the weather off of my laptop instead of the internet connection on the treo?

@ gothampt

yes. using lightwav and ptunes, you can configure treoalarm to wake you up with mp3, ogg, et al

make sure you put a check mark on the 'silent' box in the treoalarm edit menu.

re your weather question:
have not tried this function

Weather forecast browser does that. I much prefer syncing the weather data directly on my Treo with treo alarm.

Roustk,
The connection problem that you fixed in v.94 is back in v.98 (v.97 is fine).  See this thread -> http://mytreo.net/forum?topic=9873.0

Also, the original problem is earlier in this thread (a post by me).

Thanks, like the new look and features!

Thank you for reminding me about this issue. Please try 0.98a. It has to be working the way 0.97 did.

With version 0.99, my Verichat issue is back; in that the data connection is disconnected and I can't access my mail.  I get an error message "too many applications trying to connect to the internet".

Going back to version .98c for now.

CORRECTION:

Version .99 is working fine with My verichat.  I first installed v 99 over my 98c and had problems.
Next, I used uninstall manager and totaly removed 98c.  Then, did a fresh install of version 99 and it worked fine.

I guess it is always better to uninstall old versions before installing new one.

roustk,

Not sure if others are seeing the same behavior bur using 0.99 I updated the weather manually and the weather icon is just a white square. If I change to tomorrow it is fine, when I go back to today it is still the white square.
