In the resetting guide in the knowledge base it states the following:

"NOTE: When using Treo following a warm reset, the home key and built-in launcher will be inaccessible. Therefore, you will need the use of an uninstallation app, an alternative launcher and/or file management tool to delete the problematic file."

the home key is ALWAYS available to me and same with the built in launcher. The only thing that fluctuates its availability is if im able to run the "Delete" function or the "Destaller" program. it seems random. anoyone have any input on this?

aside from my home key and launcher being accessible the article says "launcher will be inaccessible. therefore have an uninstallation app, launcher, file management tool" but those would all reside inside the built in launcher. its completely contradictory to itself. is it not?

I never found the home key to be inaccessible after a warm reset either. On the other hand, if it's happened even once before, it could happen again, and it's not bad advice to follow just to be on the safe side. Might be worth just changing the wording to "might be inaccessible."

**Edit**

I went ahead and changed it to that conditional tense. Wink
