Why won't my treo allow me to use a sim card from Vodafone Australia. I updated the right firmware and now it won't use the sim. Any suggestions? SIM-Lock or CDAM/GSM issues?

Does anybody know of a utility or add on for the treo 600 address book which will allow me to sort by first name, company. company, last name etc instead of just the built in first name, last name & last name, first name. I just want a sorting utility and not an address book replacement Maybe that is not exactely a sorting utility, but it may help you get your way around: trey TAKEphONE from ShSh software (in this section under start developers). You can look up names by company, city, zip code, etc. or any combination of above.

Hi,
Any Freeware out there that can allow me to run applications stored in an SD card?
My main memory is pretty full. Don't know of any other way around this. Other than to be able to launch applications stored in the SD card.
Any specific SD card that is required for this? I heard that some are faster/slower.
Thanks in advance, Franktx

elysian9,
Thanks for the append. "5 Nav Launcher" looks really cool but it does not support the Treo due to some redesign of the 5 Nav API by Handspring (versus the one in the PALM OS).
I checked the FAQ on the above info. When I ran it I got a message saying "Sorry this application requires a Palm 5 way navigation button".
Any other recommendations for a freeware launcher that can execute applications in an SD card compatible with the Treo 600?
Thanks.

You can try MSMount[box]MSMount allow you to access palm applications and databases that are on the MemoryStick or SD card as if they are on the DRAM of Palm device. With this MSMount, an appliation that is not support Virtual File System can access to Memory Stick or SD card. You can move large databases (ex. dictionary) from DRAM of Palm device into MemoryStick and make much free space on device.[/box] Not all apps can be launched via MSMount - you will have to test each app. However, if you ever decide to pay that little bit extra, ZLauncher is an excellent app. I have more apps transferred to SD which can be launched via ZLauncher which I couldn't with MSMount.

We support software developers here, please do not request keys or cracked software.
Generally most Palm OS software keys are tied to your hotsync name so that wouldn't be transferrable anyway.
If you want the software buy it.
