I have started working with emarco so that he can return the case at no cost, and I have contacted the manufacturer to get details on the leather used for the case. According to our customer service staff they burned a case with a lighter, and the exterior did not melt away, as the way vinyl would. They are however Treo specialists, not leather specialists, so I am awaiting word from MOBO.
In regards to Lemaire, we have 5 full-time support personel and a call center that is open 8am - 8pm EST, so it is very easy to get a hold on us. Make sure to whitelist
support@treocentral.com to ensure that our responses don't get lost in spam filters.
In regards to Yo-Yo's. We process a lot of accessory orders every month, and have very few returns and complaints so in majority of orders are very satisified with our service.
