$179.90 Cingular treo650 deal???

I purchased my Treo 650 on 10/15/05. I need help locating the "rebate forms." There's only pop up "info" page when I click the "$50.00 Mail-in Rebate" & "$150.00 Mail-in Rebate" links: https://mytreo.net/store/product.php?xProd=7&xSec=21&jssCart=25ec721e6541b3e7c9f71f117f1f32d5
I couldn't find any address to send my info.

I would appreciate any help to receive the rebates.

Hi there.
You need to go to www.whereismyorder.com and loginusing your last name and the 9 digit code you received from us upon placing the order. Then click on the Order Summary tab. Go to the end where it states Rebates. Click on the link to show the rebates forms.

If you still have issues please send an e-mail to store AT mytreo.net with your Order number to assist you.

here's my question... i just started a plan with cingular, and i don't have the treo...i'm still within my 30 days...if wanna buy the treo, can i still get it for the $179.90??? or would i have to pay a full retail price??? please reply...thank you.

The offer is only valid for "new lines of activation."  That means that, while you are a Cingular customer, you are not eligible for the deal.  But if you are able to cancel your Cingular contract and return your existing phone to them within 30 days, then you would indeed be eligible for the Treo rebates deal, once you completed the return.
