Speaking of this, on my last two flights, I'd turned off the phone / radio but throughout the flight, it kept coming back on! I tried shutting down ChatterEmail, but apparently that wasn't the culprit.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what caused it?

Probably one of your apps is set to automaticaly turn the phone on when it needs the connection.
