Video tour of Microsoft booth at CES 2008

Come with us on a walk through of the Microsoft display area at CES 2008. Microsoft had the largest booth of any company at the show perhaps in honor of Bill Gate’s tenth and final keynote presentation at the event. Because Mr. Gates is resigning from his official daily responsibilities at Microsoft, word at the show was that he will not be presenting at next year’s consumer electronics conference.

The Microsoft display area was so large that even a rapid pass through required 20 minutes of footage. Products on display ranged from Microsoft’s own Vista, Live Search and Virtual Earth software, to hardware from partners such as Palm, HP, OQO and Motorola. There were more smartphones on display at Microsoft’s booth than ever before.

Display areas included:

  • Windows Mobile phones

  • Individual mini-stands, for Palm, HTC, Motorola and other smartphone manufacturers
  • Ultra mobile PCs (UMPC)
  • Xbox gaming
  • Tablet PC notebooks
  • Windows Home Server
  • Zune
  • SlingBox

We hope you enjoy the video tour.
