Tadd makes reference to changing to the HTC MS operating system would cost him $500 in addition to the cost of the phone. Just what is involved in switching from palm to MS mobile? How difficult is it for a novas? I am having so many problems with my 650 that Sprint is giving me a 700p. I have had 5) 650 and each had different problems. I don’t know what to expect from the 700p so I am considering my options. I like palm and have had every model, but it looks like all the new high end phones are MS mobile. If it is as difficult and expensive as Tadd claims then I will need to stay with my Treo. If someone with his knowledge can’t switch his data files from Palm to MS by himself then I don’t stand a chance….. Should I just pay the difference and get the 755? Is it a better phone than the 700p?
YES…please for the ove of all that’s holy, get a 755p over a 700p!!!!!!! I had one and all i did was crash, MANY times a day….bought the 755, put the same exact software back on it via hot sync and i works beautifully, just do it. I’ve had a treo since the 300 and 755 is the best, or maybe look at centro, but NOT 700p, there are nightmare stories everywhere, you’d be better of with the 650….over a 700p.

BTW, get the palm version, not WM!!!! it will crash and drive you to kill youself!!!!
