Same version as posted June 21, 2007 by Palm. Attention: If you are not a Sprint Treo 700p customer, do not download this version of the software. It contains carrier-specific requirements that are incompatible with non-Sprint Treo 700ps.
Note: The ZIP file contains the SD card method of installing the update. The HotSync method of installation is currently unavailable.
For the SD card method, Palm warns that using a miniSD or a microSD with an adapter may cause problems installing the update. Use only a full size SD card between 32MB and 2GB.
d1hamby: Makes it work like it was originally supposed to. Now all they need is an update so we can update over the air like Verizon. 
hatch151990: Installed this and it BRICKED my phone. Every time i tried to turn the radio on the phone would go into a reset loop. Palm has now pulled the update from their site fro this reason. Palm sent me free replacement but DON'T RISK IT! 
chefrobmiracle: Just downloaded and installed the SD card update. Palm left out all of the addon apps like google earth. Web,switching from app to app alittle faster. Text messageing hangups seem to be less(time will tell) I didnt have any real problems with bluetooth(I use the Palm ultalite), always seamed to work good for me. Was really looking for Google maps to be in ROM, use it alot to find phone numbers & directions. Oh well, thanks palm.
