On September 5, 2006 Palm released an update for the Treo 700p. The update is intended to resolve problems with the IR port. It is highly recommended that all Treo 700p owners download this update, which has been found to remedy the latency with the Palm Universal Wireless Keyboard, among other problems.
hierophant: IR ?!?!? WHO THE HECK WANTED THAT UPDATE?!? No what we want is bluetooth fixes and palm os firmware updates/fixes/and patches. when are those coming huh?
