Treo 680 Updater for AT&T Wireless - OFFICIAL 2.11 (for Palm OS)
Treo 680 Updater for AT&T Wireless - OFFICIAL 2.11 (for Palm OS)
Same version as posted December 11, 2007 by Palm. Attention: If you are not a AT&T Wireless Treo 680 customer, do not download this version of the software. It contains carrier-specific requirements that are incompatible with non-AT&T Treo 680s.
Note: This update is provided in two versions, the SD updater for all users or the desktop updater for Windows XP/2000 users. The desktop updater does not require an SD card, but it does NOT work on Vista. The first file is the SD updater and the second file is the desktop updater.
For the SD card method (first file), Palm warns that using a miniSD or a microSD with an adapter may cause problems installing the update. Use only a full size SD card between 32MB and 2GB.
L3: Has new version of Versamail 3.5.5. Now I can not connect to my exchange server 2003. I am not a happy camper.
Filiberto: Igual, yo use el metodo de la tarjeta de SD, sin ningun problema, funcionando al 100%
Southpaw018: I After reading the two comments rating this at one star, I used the SD card update file downloaded direct from the Palm website, NOT MyTreo's file. I had no problems whatsoever, and have no reset loops at all. Ran NVBackup immediately before the backup on a separate SD card, ran a full restore immediately after with zero problems. Great update.
tgiovanetti: Looping resets is correct. Since installing, every time Xpress Mail Personal Edition checks mail, the phone resets. Very annoying and problematic. Palm and/or AT&T should be embarassed and should immediately correct this problematic update.
willstewart75: Caused many problems with my phone. No noticable change in battery life. Had to reload many programs due to looping resets. I would hold off on downloading this...
