Same version by Palm. Attention: If you are not a Cingular Blue Treo 650 customer, do not download this version of the software. It contains carrier-specific requirements that are incompatible with non-Cingular Blue Treo 650s.
Note: This ZIP archive contains an installer. This is NOT the fix for the NVFS memory issue--it is simply to fix the voicemail issue. If your device says Treo650-1.02-CNB under software in Phone Info, you should apply this updater.
zellofellow: Cingular has different markets. Markets that *used* to be AT&T are considered Blue, whereas native Cingular markets are considered Orange. You can tell what type of service you have by the color of your SIM chip. 
SchnickelG: Cingular blue means what? I have a blue cingular phone, tried the update and it says my device is not compatable with the update.
