This is a GSM Radio On/Off skin, you will only see it when you turn your Radio on or off (long press of the Power button)
*** It will not work if you have any other dialpad/splash screen installed ***
To remove the custom splash screen, use a file management app to delete Phone_MATRIX from the Treo's RAM
