Same version as posted February 10, 2005 at palmOne. Attention: If you are not a Verizon Wireless customer, do not download this version of the software. It contains carrier-specific requirements that are incompatible with non-Verizon phones. This is the PRC file only, for the Windows and Mac installers please click the "visit website" link.
ChaosPrime: This fixed all the problems I was having including the dropped call issue. It also fixed another problem I had, whenever I went to use the sms feature my treo would reset, this hasnt happened since installing this. 
benzworm: DO NOT USE.... I HAD TO HARD RESET... I LOST EVERYTHING!!! 
jinx3721: to help with the dropped calls, with verizon, dial *228 then option 2 
jetsstud: DON'T just download this .prc file and install then run it!
Go to the PalmOne website, download the whole .zip file and READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It's more involved than just installing the .prc file.
As for what the update did, I'm not sure, my Treo has always been a mediocre phone. The other features are really great but as a phone, it just sux....drops calls, have to redial 3 or 4 times just to make a single call. Anything to fix that????
