This is a GSM Radio On/Off skin, you will only see it when you turn your Radio on or off (long press of the Power button next to antenna)
*** It will not work if you have any other dialpad/splash screen installed ***
To remove the custom splash screen, use a file management app to delete Phone_WARS from the Treo's RAM.
ianhutchinson: it would shut treo down when trying to find the network signal had to delete it

johnpaul9r: works fine on my 600.. I had to go into my files with handzipper to delete it. picures 2 borin I wanna make my own!
