This is a GSM Radio On/Off skin, you will only see it when you turn your Radio on or off (long press of the Power button next to antenna)
*** It will not work if you have any other dialpad/splash screen installed ***
To remove the custom splash screen, use a file management app to delete Phone_MATRIX2 from the Treo's RAM

Into a spash screen? I can't find a single O2 splash screen anywhere.... no Eircom or Vodaphone either.. but it's O2 that I need.... please?

Tried soft reset, logging out, logging on... nothing.
Treo600 Sprint.
No directions in the zip file for n00bs, either.
Sure looks like it'd be nice, though.
