This is a GSM Radio On/Off skin, you will only see it when you turn your Radio on or off (long press of the Power button next to antenna)
*** It will not work if you have any other dialpad/splash screen installed ***
To remove the custom splash screen, use a file management app to delete Phone_MATRIX from the Treo's RAM

robert008: works fine for me, just i never really turn off the wireless on mine. Thus i never see it. 
Azy: i'm kinda excited when i first came across diz app...but somehow after downloading it....total disappointment....it doesnt work dude...how do you make it work on a treo 600 anyway....im pretty sure...there's lots more user out there facing diz prob...hmmm...
