TimeWhiz lets you keep track of hours worked on different projects based on Client - Project - Activity. Project and Activity can be automatically completed when client is choosen, so if you only need to keep track of Client, this is easily accomplished.
* Clients can be assigned to categories, and each category can be assigned as external or internal.
* Time is entered using a "time bar" or using the ordinary Palm time selection dialog. Additional time entry alternatives including a Timer function is also available. The smallest time unit is 5 minutes, but rounding (up) to nearest 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes is supported.
* In addition to time worked, each entry can also include a mileage and expense entry. A notes area is also available for entering comments.
* Checkboxes are available for hours, mileage and expense, which e.g. can be used to keep track of items billed.
* Time entered into the database can be displayed using the Day, Week or Client view. The information shown in the Day and Client views is configurable. Client
* Categories can be hidden from display in the Week and Client views.
* A report can be created which includes the information of a Week, Client or Day view. Also custom reports can be created.
* TimeWhiz supports the Tungsten|T 5-way navigator and the Tungsten|T3 larger screen..
*A TimeWhiz Conduit for Windows is available to transfer reports to CSV files on the PC.
