Timecopy will copy the time, date, timezone, and daylight saving information from your desktop PC to your PalmOS device at each hotsync. Palm clocks are known to drift a little (about 1 second per day), and this way, you don't need to worry about that anymore.
TPGolfer: Very happy with this on my GSM650 - have installed it to ROM, and synchronise both at home and work. 
pl12: I am using this perfect utility since it exists. It worked on all my previous Palm PDA's as well as it works on my present Treo 650 GSM. Many thanks to the author! 
sparxus: This utility does not work on my GSM 650. TimeSyncXT is what I use now.
