Backup your valuable data with
TealBackup, the complete back up, copy, and restore system. With exclusive support for both external card and HotSync backups, you have full control over where and how files are saved. Plus, the combo of manual and automated card backups helps keep your critical files safe, even if you're miles away from a computer.
Features include backups to SD/MMC/CF cards and Memory Stick, backups though HotSync, manual backups, incremental backups, dual-timer automatic backups, optional encryption, optional compression, multiple backup folders, exclusion lists, inclusion lists, and backup logs.
TealBackUp is PalmOS 5 compatible and works with all popular devices including Treo, Tungsten, Zire, Sony, and Kyocera handhelds.
lyanlay13: very good application. recently, i just had a problem with my treo 650 whenever i press the home button that usually goes to ALL til applications from the SD card it didnt work. But when i used teal back up then hard reset for my phone it went really well after.
Southpaw018: Go download NV Backup. Essentially the same program but with FTP support and no Hotsync support...and it's free. If you must have Hotsync support, you might try this.
Also, I find it rather strange that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the TealPoint applications has five star ratings here at MTDN. Something seems amiss.
Jerry Crockford: I just LOVE this program. I have been trying it for a week now. It does EXACTLY what is promised, and it does so faultlessly.
It is a pleasure to watch the auto-backup kick in when it should, keeping everything safe.
Last week I was away on holiday, with no laptop. VersaMail developed a problem, and started crashing the Treo. Then, my keyboard (Folding IR) wouldn't work.
I did a hard reset, then re-installed from TealB/up and everything was just like new. What a pleasure it is to know that I will NEVER have to reset all my phone favs, reconfigure email accounts or reset all preferences after a hard reset. It is all done for you with this software. Good on YOU Teal!
Cheers,
Jerry Crockford, Australia.
silversurfer20: I have been using this backup utility since I first got my 650 and its always gotten the job done. I would recommend it to anyone.
