PRC fileCannot directly find SD Card applications, but can invoke those via RAM-based "shortcuts" created by other programs. See the included README.TXT for instructions.
levinel: Allows great flexibility in setting up inter-linked launch pages. Unlike most other launchers, this one lets you put buttons for the same app. in multiple locations - which is specifically why I use it.
MidnightSky72: it's boring....z launcher is way better.
groenm: Excellent launcher. Great for one handed operation. Launching applications from SD-card works for single file applications. I would like to see a more permanent display of the current time, instead of programming it under one of the labels.
leftystrat: Highly recommended. My #1 install on the 650. Does not eat resources, not graphics intensive, very fast, highly configureable. DL this now.
Omegaton: Very stable and easy to use. It is a real good launcher for my treo 600.
Joad: I BOUGHT 1 Button Pro (evansoft.com) for about $20 bucks to do what this does for free.
The Treo 650 has been out for almost a year and this freeware has better support for the 5-way than the expensive one I paid for. I subtracted a star for a few issues present in the 2.32 version and the need to clean up the GUI.
Strange to see this freeware developer is more responsive to bugs than one charging $20 bucks to do the same thing...
lovecostarica: I've been 'trialing' out Launchers for my new 650 for about a month now- short time compared to many.. ZLauncher, MegaL, LauncherX, Slidefree, Initiate, etc.
Each has something useful, and sometimes a bit more. MegaL was nice for having considerable info close to you finger tips, but too crowded for me.
However, for me, beyond some other basic apps, I simply wanted a quick launcher, clear and straight forward, with no cluttered skins, and no diminishing of the screen size for un-necessary info/skin 'look' and appeal.
Screen button hit the target for me perfectly. Eye-blink quick and I can have, as far as I can tell, any app going in two taps, with little to need for searching.
Nice job.
hombrey: If you're looking for a free no nonsense launcher, seriously consider this one.

- FIX: On some mahines, changing to Button Settings will halt or reset the system.
- IMPROVE: Rearrange the Treo indicators to | Bluetooth | Signal Level | Battery | order.
- FIX: Found a memory leak when display icons. I had recoded the mechanism and the icon drawing is now faster and more power saving.
- ADD: Under the new "Swap Mode", you can swap OSBs between different categories. (This is a simplified "Drag and Drop" ability.)
- FIX 5-Way Navigator's center(select) button now works right in "preset behaviors". (Thanks to haha for first reporting and sorry for your inconvenience. I don't have Treo or TT, so cannot notice the flaws of 5-Way in my daily use.)
- CHANGE Direction buttons (on 5-Way Nav or the PageUp PageDown) will repeat every half second. If you use "preset behaviors" of 5-Way, the press of direction button will remain move the focus, but when you hold it, the repeat action will use the setting you set in Button Settings. (Under risumfiriri's suggestion. This feature lets you to use "preset behaviors" and use directions to change category at the same time.)
- NOTICE If you set a hard button to ScrBtn in system prefs, then in ScrBtm press this button will not launch ScrBtn. The reason is that ScrBtm.prc actually launchs ScrBtn.prc to perform its behavior and system will not launch ScrBtn again. So you have to explicitly set that hard button to launch ScrBtn in the Button Settings of ScrBtm. By the way, there are no problem launching ScrBtm from ScrBtn. (Thanks to minimi for reporting)
- ADD Support Treo's 5-Way Navigator now. (thanks to Joel and moe for reporting)

- ADD Show icon for application on card after you manually tap the push button named "Icon" to cache the icon in database "ScrBtnDB_Ico" in RAM. (under risumfiriri and Howard's suggestion)
- ADD ScrBtm: A clone of ScrBtn, depending on ScrBtn but using another set of databases ("ScrBtmDB" vs "ScrBtnDB") and different CreatorID ("SrBm" vs "SrBn", which means you can delete ScrBtm without affecting files of ScrBtn). The usage of ScrBtm is that you can map another hard-button to ScrBtm as an alternative to "using different buttons to launch ScrBtn with different categories". (under MG's suggestion)
- IMPROVE RAM requirement when initialize Button Setting Form reduced. (thanks to Joshua Cook for reporting)
- ADD Simple support of VFS. ScrBtn can import ONE file from card and launch it, then delete it when quits. IMPROVE many ...

- ADD Support SilkScreen Resize on Sony CLIE (TH55, UX50, etc.). NOTE: Experimental and not support PalmOne DIA (TT3). Tip: You can change the Category Layout for more OSBs.
