SafeGuard's advanced Crash Detection Technology (CDT) will identify the reason for crashes on your Treo/Centro like no other application has ever done! It also knows how to recover your device from the dreaded Reset Loop of Death that comes from installing misbehaving 3rd party applications.

SafeGuard LIVE! is a service that is dedicated to providing personalized support to Treo/Centro users that are having device stability problems. If the problem is software related, we have expertly trained people that can find the problem and help you stabilize your device!

Service Parameters
  • You need to own a registered copy of SafeGuard
  • Support will be live phone conversations, live instant messenger sessions and/or email communications.
  • Support is currently provided in English.
  • Support is limited to solving device stability issues that are software related. Hardware support is not provided.
  • Support hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday Central time. (Support outside of those hours are billed at a separate rate.)
  • Support response time is 4 hours.
  • Standard service provides 2 problem sessions per month. Additional problems beyond these 2 in any one month are billed separately.
  • There is no carry over of unused sessions from one month to the next month.
