Apns: A very nice idea that does not work. I had it for about 3 days before I realized my phone crashed everytime I had an incoming call, before it even rings. I updated to the latest firmware of the unlocked T650 GSM TWICE just to make sure I was installing ringo right. Finally I removed it. My phone does not ring fancy, but hey... I 've never lost a call ever since! I then used the trial version of mring which worked EXCELLENT! But I am not willing to spend any more $$ for a ringer. If you really must have a ringer for mp3s etc, go for mring.

chr0nic21: Aight people.....This is How you MAKE IT WORK!!!! get all of your contacts and make a copy of them in your phone.... 1. Go to the main phone screen where you have the phone numbers on screen (or press the green call button) 2. Click on Contacts..so it will show your phone numbers on your phone 3. Hit the options button on your phone (the button on top of the button with an envelope picture) 4. Go to the records tab............and hit "Import From Sim" 5. It will import all your contacts From your Sim to your phone... 6. I hate Maria Dominguez

elv1s1sal1ve: Just for the record, i DID update the software/firmware on my 650 as recommended by dontemailjunk...Ringo Pro still crashes my treo at random. This ambitous program is disappointing at best. It's hard to believe that they have yet to work out the bugs, because I can find no competitor out there with the same features. They have the market by the throat but piss it all away with this load of crap program. Steer clear of this headache.

stephen2005: Works great on my treo 600. No problems or bugs! Maybe it's that I'm running the latest OS. The only problem I have is that I wish it would have a volume booster or some way of increasing the ringtone volume. Seems like it uses whater level the mp3 was recorded at. Oh well. Overall great!

You probably run old OS software on your Treo.
