sylvester50: If I could give this software a rating of 10++ I would. This is THE BEST backup software available IMHO. My Sprint Treo techs couldn't believe it when I showed them how it works and how it saves them time when swapping out a bad phone. THANK YOU more than you will ever know for saving me hours when I upgraded to the 700p from a 650. You Rock!!
lucifer: this may sounds like a cliché, but the best has really gotten better. it's rare for a developer to continuously pilling useful features (latest being dbcache flushing) onto a already excellent product, but i am definitely not complaining.
otterman: This is the only backup app I've used that restores my Treo 650 flawlessly, without first having to disable ClipPro, Hi-Launcher or anything else. Great!
TreoRenegade: Gees, if only other apps were as reliable, feature packed, inherently intelligent, and user-firiendly as this beauty!

And you can't crash your system if you make a mistake, testing with this software.
olac: Best of all "safe-rescue" application ! A great soft as all Resco's applications are.
rsperko: Fantastic backup software. I am really happy with this product and this company. The support has been very good. I dropped BackupMan infavor of this. I rarely replace software, when the one I purchased functions, but the interface to this is so much better. Particularly the partial restore, it tells me what is different.
edwinh2209: I really don't want to come here and contradict anyone on their comments, after all, the are entitled to them. However, my experience is this... WOW!!! i've have tried all the backup apps out there (literally) and this is by far the best. The single most powerful feature that excludes this from the others is plain and simply the scheduling option on every set... try it, youll be amazed.

- Centro compatibility plus a few small improvements
- Bug fix: Occasional crashes in pinning backup sets
- Main screen
- Status icon (ok/error) for the last backup set. (Tap the icon to get the status report.)
- Unintended button presses eliminated. Could happen e.g. with multiple taps on the progress Abort button. (They could actually mean abort + press of the underlying New Backup button.)
- Backup Sets dialog
- Modified design (less used features are under the combo box Actions)
- Possibility to assign icons and notes
- First line of the notes - when nonempty - is displayed in place of the date
- Backup set error state is marked by red color
- A backup set can be pinned. This means the backup set is taken out from the scheduler update mechanism (scheduler performs cyclic update of a given number of backup sets), i.e. such backup set can be updated only manually.

- Partial restore starts with all files unselected
- Restore preserves original DB dates
- Improved DB recognition in 'Select Applications'

- Possible delete of the RAM databases that are not present in the backup set.
- Handy feature when you want to clean newly installed app(s).

- Scheduler: Disallow if battery is weak (set the threshold in the scheduler options)
- Battery level is not checked if the device is plugged in.
- Allowed backup to NVFS drives - with appropriate warning because of loosing backup sets on hard reset. Allows e.g. backups while using WiFi card.
- Encrypt known files in Project Setup dialog: Public data (e.g. downloadable applications) need not be encrypted. It is faster so and even safer - prevents plain text attacks.
