Typically, to install an overlay you have to erase the old one, and then sync over a new one.
You can use Treo Button Manager to manage all the button overlay files (skins).
Note: to revert to the original dialpad, simply delete file "phone_spcs_ms650_purple.prc".
pierrejpg2: Also give you a Sprint logo when you turn on or off the phone. I wish they just put the buttons & not the logo :(
