angelaw681: I purchased this April 4, 2009, it's now 4-29-09, I have email the company 4 times and call them (although that was almost impossible, it took me forever to find a phone number) I have left two messages because no one will answer the phone and still nothing !!! When I go to the website from my phone and press any button on the webpage it does nothing. It's the only website I have problems with and because of this I can't download the software I PURCHASE FOR $15.99 !!!! Now I have no file management software and I'm out 15.99. I loved it when it worked but since all these problems I give the company that sells it a POOR, POOR, POOR RATING !!!

thetwins: Great! Happily paid $15 for this! Only thing I notice, is that when I hard reset, and re-sync from Hotsync, I lose the shortcuts (link to the SD card). However, if I use backupman, and restore a backup, the shortcuts are restored.
