macmanasb: This software is useful because some cell providers disable the "phone as modem" function even if you get an unlimited data plan. This program allows users to bypass these restrictions. I have the treo 600 version of this program and have found it quite useful while WIFI-less.

msswitch: Why rate this software a "1" if you aren't familiar with how it works with the 700p? The 700P is capable of being used as a modem with an add-on monthly "Phone As Modem" plan. This software exists to offer alternative vehicles to using your phone as a modem. Granted, there may be some restrictions with each carrier. I give it a 10 to offset the undeserved "1'.

bakemcbride21: The official 700p brochure says it functions as a high speed modem for your laptop. Why buy a 3rd party application for something the 700p does natively now on its own? I am a 650 user and PDA net is great for that phone, but a 700p user I imagine is wasting their money...

fivenine: Yeah I like this program. I used it with my treo 600 and now I just bought my 700p and I am surfing at 2.4mbps. Right now I am on my dsl connection wirelessy and when I connect through my treo it seems like I don't miss a beat with speed. Of course I love the fact that I don't have to pay for the extra service and only use my $20 power vision plan. Grab this program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

djmakesithappen: INCREDIBLE! I love this program. If you own a 700p it is a must have. I dont pay any extra for connection charges etc etc with my plan. GET IT!
